Cassie Raimond-Torosyan | A Flower in the Garden
I had the joy of meeting Cassie Raimond-Torosyan, who was looking to create her personal branding as a hair and makeup artist. A mutual friend recommended me to her, and after discussing her vision, we knew we could make some magic!
The process my clients take with me is highly personalized. Cassie and I first met over lunch and I got to know her as a person. We chatted about her love of making her clients feel pampered, beautiful and cherished. She is also fun, vibrant and engaging, so I knew I really wanted this to shine in her portraits.
After our meeting, we set our date and two weeks prior, we met up to go outfit shopping. One of the common questions I receive is, “What do I wear for my session?” As part of my service, we can go through your wardrobe, or I can go shopping with you. Cassie and I hit two stores, looked at a host of dresses, and found the PERFECT dress. It was a rich fuchsia, perfectly fitted along the bodice and a flirty flared skirt line. We knew it was the one!
The evening of the session, we timed ourselves for the golden hour. Our location, Elizabeth Gamble Gardens in Palo Alto, was bursting with color and texture. It was such a beautiful and fun session. I present to you, the most beautiful flower in the garden that evening…
